Message	assuming you're using the pipe on the nut on the underdrive pulley. and you can't turn the engine over? Something's wrong! There's only a couple of things that would give you that much resistance...... car in gear with brake on.. you've set the timing wrong and have a valve hitting the top of a piston...etc.... look for something that can lock up the engine.
